Hello and Welcome!

I am an Associate Professor of Instructional Design & Educational Leadership and Program Coordinator of the M.A. in Instructional Design & Ed Tech at Florida Gulf Coast University. My research focuses on the intersection of leadership and learning design. My work seeks to create inclusive, learner-centered educational systems that not only enhance learning outcomes but also drive improved organizational performance. My practitioner-oriented approach equips educational leaders and learning designers with innovative strategies and practical tools to develop accessible and effective educational environments.

In my role, I also serve as Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Formative Design in Learning, and hold leadership positions on several educational boards and committees, demonstrating my dedication to advancing effective educational practices and policies. I am also a certified Florida K-12 educational leader and educator.
